Overview

Odds Comparison v2 delivers pre-match betting odds from multiple bookmakers in one normalized structure. Instead of integrating each sportsbook's feed separately, you call one API per market family and receive every configured bookmaker's current prices, opening prices, and line values side by side, ready to compare.

The product is a family of four packages, each with its own base URL and reference section, all sharing the same conventions, identifiers, and payload shape:

• Prematch: main markets for upcoming sport events (money lines, spreads, totals, and their period, half, quarter, and inning splits)
• Player Props: player-level markets (for example, a player's total bases, strikeouts, passing yards, or anytime-goalscorer price)
• Futures: long-term outright markets (championship winners, division winners, season awards)
• Live Odds: in-game odds for live events

Because the packages share one design, everything you learn in this guide about authentication, discovery feeds, the market model, and change tracking applies across all four.

What the API Provides

• Aggregated odds for each market from every bookmaker configured for your key, including a calculated consensus line delivered as its own book
• Three odds formats on every outcome: decimal, American, and fractional, plus the opening price in all three formats
• Line values on handicap and total markets (handicap, total), with their opening values
• Change logs that report which sport events had odds changes in the last five minutes, so you can refresh only what moved
• Mappings feeds that translate every Sportradar entity ID to its ID in the League Specific (US) API family, letting you join odds to stats, schedules, and player data

OC US and OC Core

Odds Comparison v2 is delivered through two access tiers configured at the API key level. Both use the same endpoints and payload shapes; they differ in the bookmaker and sport coverage behind them.

Your key is provisioned for one tier; contact Sportradar to enable OC Core. Every response identifies the tier serving it in the X-Origin-Id response header: MARKET_ORIGIN_MAGIC_CRAWLERS for OC US, MARKET_ORIGIN_CORE_CRAWLERS for OC Core. Bookmaker IDs and sport event IDs are consistent across the two tiers; futures market IDs can differ between them.

A 60-Second Look at the Data

One market from a Prematch response shows the shape you will work with everywhere: a market, the books offering it, and each book's outcomes carrying all three odds formats plus the opening price.
