Changelog

Tennis API - Broadcast Channel

We've added support for broadcast channels in our Tennis API. The attribute channel.name will now be present at the match level, and represents the broadcast network for a match's tournament.

Football APIs - Neutral Site Standings

We've added team records for neutral site games in our football Postgame Standings endpoints. Find a team's seasonal neutral site record under record.category="neutral".

MLB API - Times Through the Order

We've added a data point for the number of times a pitcher has pitched through the order in a game. This is available by game under times_through_order in each Summary endpoint, at the player level only.

MLB API - Catcher's Interference & Reached on Violation

We've added data points for batters reaching base on catcher's interference and on violation (ex. reaching on a shift violation). Values will be available at the game and seasonal level, for players and teams.

Formula 1 API - Reverted Race & Practice Time Values

We've reverted the behavior of the fastest_lap_time and time data points for events, referenced in our previous message here. These values will again be "gap_to_leader" formats for drivers outside of 1st place.

Upcoming Deprecations - July 2025

As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and modernize our delivery infrastructure, we will be deprecating the following API versions within the next 90 days.

Football APIs - Support for Plays Under Review

We've added support to denote a play is under review during live full coverage games. This update is available going forward for all versions of the NFL, NCAA Football, and UFL APIs.
