Q: What is the Date format?
A: When we present date only values we present these in the ISO 8601 standard format.
ex: 2013-04-03
We use these for attributes that have date and no time (such as birthdate). For more information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601
Q: What time zone are the date time fields presented in?
A: All of our Date/Time attributes are in UTC, presented in the ISO 8601 standard format.
ex: 2013-04-03T18:15:00+00:00

Q: How should I expect Highs to behave?
A: There are two types of Highs, season and career. A player can only achieve a season high if they’ve already established something in that category. For example, when a player gets their first hit on the season, no high will be created. If they get a hit on the second day, no high will be created. Only when that player gets 2 hits in a given day will a high fire.
In addition, there are two types of highs messages: We’ll create a message when a player achieves a season/career high. We’ll then also create a message of what that high ends up as when a game ends. For example, we’ll fire a message when Aaron Judge gets 3 hits in a game (let’s just say that’s his season high, where previously he his season high was 2 hits). Let’s say he gets another hit. Nothing happens. He gets another hit. Nothing happens. But when the game ends, we’ll create a message that says Aaron Judge has set his season high with 5 hits. The next morning, the hits section of his highs endpoint will update to reflect his latest highs.
Q: What if there’s a statistical category I care about that isn’t currently in Highs?
A: Please let us know and we can look into adding the statistical category.
