Upcoming Deprecations

As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and modernize our delivery infrastructure, we will be deprecating the following API versions within the next 90 days.

Versions Scheduled for Deprecation

MLB – v5 & v6
NASCAR Classic
NBA – v3 & v4
NCAA Men’s Basketball – v3
NHL – v3 & v4
WNBA – v3 & v4

Effective Deprecation Date

No earlier than July 8, 2025

Why We’re Making This Change

We’re committed to providing fast, reliable, and scalable data services. Maintaining older versions of our APIs adds significant complexity and operational overhead. Deprecating these outdated versions allows us to:

Improve performance and reliability
Reduce long-term system costs
Deliver features and updates faster
Offer a more consistent and modern developer experience

What You Need to Do

If you are currently using any of the above API versions, we strongly encourage you to transition to the latest supported versions before the deprecation date.

If you are unsure which version you are using, log into your Sportradar Console Account and find your subscription to each of the above products. Update the time range to 12 months and then review the Version filter. This will tell you which versions were used during this timeframe.
