API Simulations – Golf & NBA Draft Coverage

We've added replay simulation coverage for Golf tournaments and the NBA Draft in our API Simulations tool.
Golf and the NBA Draft both play out across multiple days, so the Simulations page now includes a Multi-Day Events section explaining how they differ from single-game replays.

📋 Recommended Actions
- Golf customers: use
pgaorlpgaas the league value on both the recordings query and the replay path — there is nogolfkey. A request built by copying the pattern from another sport (e.g.nfl,mlb) will fail. - NBA Draft customers: read the feed list from the
apisarray on the recording response. Draft recordings exposedraft-summary,draft-trades, and onedraft-team-picks-<team_id>feed per team (30 on the current recording) — not a fixed feed set. Hardcoding from another sport's example will miss almost all of the draft data. - For all multi-day events, treat the
apisarray as recording-specific rather than assuming a fixed list — golf tournaments with per-round data expose one feed per round (e.g.golf-scorecards-01through-04). - Multi-day replays run in natural time by default, carrying the full overnight gaps between rounds and draft days. To pack the recording back-to-back instead, add
deduped=trueto your replay request. Available for recordings captured from September 2026 onward — earlier recordings replay in natural time only, and passingdeduped=trueto one returns an error. - Golf customers testing status handling: use Simulations to exercise the
scheduled→inprogress→closed→playofftransitions on demand, rather than waiting for a live tournament.
