# Daily Change Log
**NBA G League Daily Change Log** Provides IDs and timestamps for teams, players, game statistics, schedules, and standings that have been modified on a given date. To receive the data updates, use these unique IDs to pull relevant API feeds.
### Update Frequency
**TTL / Cache:**
* 15 minutes for current day
* 1 hour for current month
* 4 hours for current year
* 12 hours for past years
**Data Updates:**
* Entries populate every 20 minutes for changes to teams, players, game statistics, schedules, and standings.
* The log covers one US Eastern day: 05:00 to 05:00 UTC in winter, and 04:00 to 04:00 UTC during daylight saving time.
**Recommended Pull (Non-Live):** Every hour or less, depending on your use case
